Shipping policy

At Veil Line, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partner Qikink. Orders are processed only after successful payment.

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days  
- Since products are custom-made, processing may take longer during high demand  

2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–7 business days  
- Other locations: 5–10 business days  

Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout  
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions  

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS  
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect  

5. Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes  
- Weather conditions  
- Courier or logistics issues  

We are not liable for delays once the order is shipped.

6. Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Delivery may fail or be delayed  
- Reshipping will require additional charges  

7. Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned due to:
- Customer unavailable  
- Incorrect address  
- Refused delivery  

No refund will be issued. Reshipping can be arranged at additional cost.

8. Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit:
- A replacement or refund will be provided after verification  

9. International Shipping
Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping. If applicable:
- Delivery timelines vary by country  
- Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
