Return & Refund Policy
At Veil Line, all products are made-to-order using our fulfillment partner Qikink. Because of this, we do not offer general returns or exchanges. We only accept returns in specific cases mentioned below.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
- Supported with clear unboxing video and images

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selection
- Change of mind
- Color differences (due to screen/printing variation)
- Sale items or gift cards
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Item is damaged
- Print is defective
- Wrong product is received
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to place a new order.
Return Process
If your request is approved:
- We will provide instructions for next steps
- In most cases, return shipping is not required
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refused delivery
No refund will be issued. Reshipping can be arranged at additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once processed, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once your request is reviewed. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed after approval, contact us at veillineofficial@gmail.com.
